I’ve seen a lot of life. A lot of professions, a lot of teams. Some that work, many that don’t. My approach is usually one they haven’t experienced before. One that actually gets results.

With a background that blends behavioural science, linguistics, psychology and neuroscience, I help technical teams and leaders find ways of working that, well, work. Not just methods, processes and tools but attitudes, interactions and environments too.

I work with technical people - nerds, if you like. Software engineers, data scientists, product managers. Experts who are incredibly smart at what they do - but sometimes don’t find it quite as easy to do the people stuff.

Me? I’m a people nerd. A word nerd. A ‘how do we work together to make this better?’ nerd. Bringing it all together is how we get results.
